Pani Popo (Coconut Buns)
Everyone's favourite go to pacific island treat. We have a special recipe for our vegan friends with a dairy free option which tastes just as good as the original recipe. A great way to impress your guests at your next staff shared lunch or to just enjoy as a treat. Coconut buns are a light, moist bun baked in coconut milk and best enjoyed warm from the oven or eaten with your main meal. These never last long in our house and I'm sure it will be the same when these are presented at your next event.
