TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All orders, bookings and enquiries can be carried out via our website: www.sweetrevelations.co.nz, email: sweetrevelations.nz@gmail.com, or our Facebook or Instagram pages @sweetrevelations.nz
- We operate as an online retail shop. All our cakes and catering is made in our council registered, A-Grade home kitchen in Dunedin, New Zealand. If catering off-site, we will ensure all the right permits and licenses are required to operate as a food service business.
CAKE ORDERS & CATERING:
- Our policy for confirming an order (which includes custom/personalised cakes, catering & events) requires a 2 week notice period to be given, with a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date and booking.
- Once an invoice is provided, full payment is expected 3 days before your cake/order is due. For example, if you have an event on the 20th and you made an enquiry on the 2nd, you must pay for your order by the 17th. See our Cancellations & Refunds for more information.
- An email must be provided for an invoice to be sent. Please issue an email that you use frequently so you do not miss it and please ensure you check your spam/junk folders if one has not shown up in your inbox.
QUOTES:
These are given when requested and is offered for 48 hours, after which it will be cancelled and the booking quote will be cancelled.
- Availability is also a factor to consider and we will let you know if we have space to complete your order. Booking or at least enquiring at the earliest possible date, will help us with your enquiry.
SMALL BATCH BAKES:
-For all our other menu items (slices, pastries, breads and cupcakes): we allow for up to 3 days notice, to have these ready for you to pick-up/delivery. Payment will also confirm your order and added to our schedule.
-A deposit can also be arranged if requested, with payment in full required for your order to leave our premises.
INGREDIANTS:
-We will always endeavour to provide fresh, local ingredients. However, we also like to keep our customers informed of any delays. Should this occur, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and arrange for an alternative.
-Gluten-free and dairy-free baking: We strive to provide options for our allergy friendly customers. We do offer gluten free treats. We also must state that we are not a licenced kitchen that provides or offers gluten free baking/food for the severely allergic. Please take care in ordering for your friends and family, as this could prove detrimental to their health. See our Allergy Information page for more information.
DELIVERIES
- Our delivery option covers most of the Dunedin area, within 13 kilometres of the CBD. A fee of $15.00 will be applied.
PICK-UPS
- Please arrive on time at the address stated on the invoice (unless prior arrangements have been made), and not before. If we have not replied and you arrive earlier than scheduled without confirmation, you may have to wait until the time was specified for pick-up on the invoice. Should you arrive late (30-60minutes), with no contact or no prior warning, we will cancel your order and charge a late fee. We will on-sell your order to recoup some of the costs lost from a cancellation. Please see our Refunds & Cancellation policy.
