Takihi
Layers of thinly sliced taro and pawpaw, with lots of coconut cream. This is Niue's national dish and we are happy to serve it for all our takihi lovers. If you haven't tasted it yet, you will pleasantly surprised at how well it sits on the palette: Sweet and savoury. Paired with any type of meat or fish dish. And judging from this photo, it was gobbled up quickly at a recent function.
